My First Blog Post

During the early days of the pandemic, although the world was crashing around me, I found comfort in writing blog posts related to mental health, hoping to offer a small spark of hope. Unfortunately, the website I wrote for shut down! I've decided to take matters into my own hands and create my own blog.


I plan to write about mental health, anxiety-spectrum disorders, and parenting. I'm open to suggestions for posts! I hope to provide useful information so that people can learn more about their emotions and mental health and how to make powerful changes in their lives. Feel free to provide {kind} feedback - that's how I can learn and grow in this process.
